Here at Schroeder Roofing & Gutters, we are experts on all things insurance and guarantee to make your roofing process as easy as can be. Below, we've laid out what the insurance process looks like when you work with us!
Getting the Process Started
File a Claim
File a claim with your insurance carrier's claims office.
Give Us a Call
Give Schroeder Roofing & Gutters a call to be assigned a project manager who then will meet with your adjuster if necessary.
We Review It
Schroeder Roofing will review the initial adjustment created by your insurance company. This is to make sure that code-related upgrades are included in your claim and ensures all damage has been properly assessed.
Assessment
Your project manager will provide a detailed assessment to your insurance adjuster requesting that extra costs for code upgrades and any additional damage is covered.
Pricing is Finalized
At this point and time, the scope and pricing are finalized between the adjuster and your project manager/advocate from Schroeder Roofing and Gutters.
During the Roofing Installation
Roofing Installation Starts
Your project manager will oversee the entire process to make things easier for you. They are there to answer any questions you may have.
What You Pay
The only thing you pay is the deductible and any pre-selected upgrades you have chosen.
Scope is Completed
The scope of the work is then scheduled and completed. Your insurance company is invoiced, and depreciation is released to you.
When the Job is Done
Manufacturer & Workmanship Warranty
After completion of construction and full payment to Schroeder Roofing and Gutters, you will receive your manufacturer and workmanship warranty. Also keep in mind that many manufacturers allow Schroeder to register your material warranty for you! Here, our workmanship warranty is guaranteed for five years after your new roof is installed.
