The Solution: Schroeder Roofing performed a full tear-off and installed Malarkey Vista Class 4 Impact Shingles, paired with SmartStart starter shingles and RidgeFlex hip and ridge components. The team added a ridge vent system, new pipe and bathroom/kitchen vent flashings, and multiple layers of ice and water shield at vulnerable areas. Kick-out flashings were installed to ensure proper water deflection, and the site was thoroughly cleaned post-installation. The project was delivered with a 5-year workmanship warranty and backed by Malarkey’s limited lifetime protection.
