The job was complete faster than the expected time frame. My yard was left clean and debris free. The billing process was hassle free. I could really go on and on about how wonderful my experience was with Schroeder Roofing, Jason, and his staff. It's almost a shame that it's a 25 year roof, I may never need their services again. But I will suggest them to everyone!

"Schroeder Roofing installed a new roof on our home in 2009. The roof experienced manufacturing problems which resulted in a series of shingle blow offs during a number of years. Even though this was not the fault of the roofing company, they always honored their warranty and replaced the shingles each and every time. As this problem continued we filed a claim with the roofing company and were successful in receiving funds to permanently fix the blow off problem. Schroeder roofing was incredibly helpful in assisting us with this process and ultimately came out and hand sealed each and every shingle. They were a wonderful example of standing behind their work even though the problem was not their fault. The problem has been fixed and we are very grateful to the roofing company for all of their understanding and help. The materials were delivered, the roofing crew were here early in the morning, verified I had a car outside the garage, covered the surroundings and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished.
