Our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing system, removed and properly disposed of 235 feet of damaged gutters, and installed a completely new roofing system designed for maximum storm resistance. We increased exhaust ventilation from six to nine static slant back vents to achieve code compliance, installed four new bathroom/kitchen vents for proper moisture management, and replaced six pipe boot flashings. The rear patio roof received professional base and cap sheet installation for reliable flat roof protection.
